Gabapentin – Gabapentin is an anticonvulsant used to treat partial seizures, neuropathic pain, hot flashes, and restless legs syndrome. It is recommended as first-line medications for the treatment of neuropathic pain caused by diabetic neuropathy, post thearpeutic neuralgia, and central neuropathic pain. Recommended to start with a small dosage and increase gradually. It is not used for routine pain caused by minor injuries or arthritis.

Nortriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant. It affects chemicals in the brain that may be unbalanced in people with depression. Nortriptyline is used to treat symptoms of depression.

Trypsin – Trypsin is an enzyme. An enzyme is a protein that speeds up a certain biochemical reaction. Trypsin is found in the small intestine. It can also be made from fungus, plants, and bacteria. But it is usually made for commercial purposes from the pancreas of livestock. Trypsin is given to people who lack the enzymes needed for digestion.
